Refund policy

At Feel Well we only produce per order basis thus ensuring freshness and quality. Upon delivery we request the customers to check the products and with it the customers must ensure the proper storage of the products in a chiller at a controlled temperature of 2° - 4°C. 

Due to the sensitivity of the products to temperature changes WE DON'T offer any returns and refunds due to storage issue.
