"What to say about a simple yet versatile and needless to say delicious product that the Feel well live cultured cream cheese is. I use it in a variety of ways, from part of a filler in pasta, sushi rolls, lumpia to cheese cake even in baked goods and dishes like buri salmon or just as a spread, and because Feel well maintains it alive, I myself like it a bit sour so all I do is keep it in the fridge for 1 to 2 weeks and that sourness comes out beautifully.
